3Registration & Account Management

Each individual is permitted to hold only one KingGroup88 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under different names, addresses, phone numbers, or payment details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all accounts involved, along with the forfeiture of all balances and accumulated winnings.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your KingGroup88 account username and password. KingGroup88 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account due to your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

5Withdrawals

KingGroup88 is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests promptly and without unnecessary delay. We understand that your winnings belong to you, and we make sure they reach you as quickly as possible.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 every transaction.

KingGroup88's Sports Betting section covers football (Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, Champions League, and over 500 leagues worldwide), e-sports (MLBB, Dota 2, CS:GO), and a wide range of other sports. All sports bets are subject to the following additional rules.

• The odds displayed are those in effect at the time the bet is confirmed — not when you first viewed them.
• KingGroup88 reserves the right to void any bet where the displayed odds are clearly incorrect due to a technical error.
• If a match is postponed before it begins, all related bets will be voided and stakes refunded in full.
• If a match is suspended after it has started, KingGroup88 will wait up to 12 hours for the match to resume. If it does not resume within that time, all bets on that match will be deemed void.
• For in-play (live) betting, outcomes are determined by KingGroup88's real-time platform records, verified by independent sports data providers.
• The Cash Out feature is available subject to its availability for the match in question, and the Cash Out value offered at the time is final.

9Account Suspension & Closure

• Abuse of the KingGroup88 bonus or promotions system.
• Use of automated software, bots, or any tools that provide an unfair advantage.

• Responsible play — if a member shows signs of serious problem gambling, KingGroup88 reserves the right to suspend the account to protect that member.

In cases where an account is suspended for investigation purposes, any valid balance will be frozen until the investigation is concluded. If no wrongdoing is found, the balance will be fully restored. If a breach of terms is confirmed, KingGroup88 reserves the right to forfeit the relevant balance in accordance with the applicable policy.
